Registration Process

Retailers/Mechanics in any area across India can register in the Eicher Tractors – Samriddhi Program

The registration process is completed only post submission of completely filled form along with KYC documents that are required to issue the Bank Card

Purchase & Report

Each Retailer/Mechanic registered in the program can Report the purchase of Genuine Part
Every Eicher Tractor Genuine Part carries a Unique Code
The Unique Code has to be reported via SMS in specified Format only from his registered mobile number to the program center: 8687 121 121
FORMAT FOR SMS: Type Unique Code and send it to 8687 121 121

Points & Accumulation

Based on Unique Code reporting of all the valid Codes; the Retailer/Mechanic will accumulate the reward points in their respective account.

The points accumulated post verification will be communicated via SMS to the Mechanic/Retailer in the following format:
SMS charges as applicable subjected to your operator, based on your operator charges.

Redemption

Points accumulated in the mechanic/retailer respective accounts are converted into cash currency and on periodic frequency the same is credited into their respective bank card directly.
